Topsail Island is located about 2 hours from Raleigh and 4 hours from Greensboro, and 4.5 hours from Charlotte, depending on where your starting point is from in those cities.

From Surf City - As you approach the bottom of the high rise bridge, get into the right hand turn lane, this will put you onto Hwy 50 South (S Topsail Dr.) Go four miles until you reach the 'Welcome to Topsail Beach' sign and start clocking mileage. Sunset Ave is 0.9 miles from this point. When you see the red/orange channel marker on your right (#12), Sunset Ave. will be the fourth turn on your right. It is a private road so the sign is blue. If you reach the Queens Grant complex you have gone too far. The Street number on the beach road JUST before you turn onto Sunset is 800 N Anderson Ave.

Although the cottage is in the Town of Topsail Beach, the legal address is Holly Ridge, NC; this is the address you will see in Google Maps.
